Introduce

PPGI is the abbreviation for Pre Painted Galvanized, which refers to the process of coating a product with a color coating, adding more color to the product. The rich and beautiful surface of this color makes it more versatile in use.

It's also be called organic coated panels or pre-coated steel panels. They are based on metal coils (cold-rolled panels, hot-dip galvanized panels, aluminized panels, high-aluminum alloy panels, stainless steel panels, etc.) and are coated on the surface. Or laminated with various organic coatings or plastic films. Because it is a coil that has been surface-coated in a metallurgical factory and can be directly processed into products by users, it is also called pre-coated coil.

Color Coated Coil Coating Types：

A. Polyester

Good adhesion, rich colors, wide range in formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, low cost.

B. Silicon modified polyester

Namely (SMP), the hardness, abrasion resistance and heat resistance of the coating film are good, as well as good external durability and chalking resistance, gloss retention, average flexibility, and medium cost.

C. High durability polyester

Namely (HDP), excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance, good paint film adhesion, rich colors, and excellent cost performance.

D. Polyvinylidene fluoride

Namely (PVDF), excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance, excellent solvent resistance, good formability, dirt resistance, limited colors, and high cost.
