Raw material preparation: Select suitable raw materials according to the type of tile needed. Common raw materials include clay, clay, stone powder, quartz sand, etc. Raw materials need to be screened, crushed, and mixed to ensure they meet the desired composition and quality requirements.

Mold manufacturing: manufacture molds for tile plates according to design requirements. The mold can be made of materials such as metal molds, wood molds, or rubber molds to ensure the accuracy and reproducibility of the mold.

Tile board manufacturing: Put processed raw materials into molds and use processes such as pressing or extrusion to form the shape and structure of tiles. During this process, some auxiliary materials or additives can be added to enhance the strength, weather resistance, and aesthetics of the tile board.

Firing: The finished tiles need to be fired to give them sufficient strength and durability. Burning can be done naturally or manually in an oven. During the firing process, it is necessary to control the appropriate temperature and time to ensure the quality and performance of the tile board.

Coating and decoration: According to the requirements, the tiles can be coated with colors, waterproof coatings, fireproof coatings, etc. At the same time, some decorative treatments such as printing, carving, etc. can also be carried out to increase the aesthetics of the tile board.
